It is currently \u20ac 4.00 per night per person (over 12 years old) for up to 7 nights in the city of Florence or \u20ac 1.50 per night per person for up to 7 nights in the town of Tavarnelle.<\/p>\n<p>For villas, the deposit is payable in cash upon arrival and is used to pay for services requested on site and any damages.<\/p>\n<p>Also, if you request extra services, they will be payable separately such as housekeeping, late check-in\/check-out, transfers etc.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>There is the tourist tax that we collect and pay to the City of Florence for you.
