CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION:

  • Full refund with one year’s notice.
  • For cancellations with less than one year’s notice, payment will be refunded if the villa is re-rented.

For the 2021 season, should guests wish to cancel due to COVID, we make full refund or we can move the reservation to the following year.

Without doubt, this apartment is one of the best accommodations in Florence! It is spacious and spotless clean. Upon our arrival, we were welcomed by Paola, a genuine Florence lover and an excellent guide. She answered all our questions and provided guidance to the apartment and the area. The place is big and provides enough space for all the guests. We were a group of 7 ( 4 adults and 3 children) and if we had wished, we could not have met in the apartment :). It is so nice decorated, making you feel in Florence, Tuscany from the moment you enter the door, the beds are comfy, the bathrooms are contemporary, it even has a bookcase with so many art albums and city guides. Good location for sightseeing, it was within walking distances from all the key points in the city. We had a perfect stay, and this will definitely become “our place” in Florence each time we are in this amazing city!
